Nothing negative to say except that if you're overweight you may be squeezed between the wall and the shower cubicle when sitting on the loo. The radiator needs bleeding as only a small lower fraction of the radiator gets warm. (Room 210) However, it was comfortable and conveniently located.

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff, clean room and excellent breakfast opitons. We had every thing we needed for our stay and were happy with the service we received. Lovely conservatory room. Staff were able to help with our requests to leave luggage, call a taxi etc.

Modest but sufficient breakfast, clean and comfy room. Also the staff is very helpfull and polite.|The location is very good. Very near to the city center. Shopping places, Pubs Restaurants and cafes all just in walking distance.

Clean hotel with parking. Spacious room. Close to Stamford Brook underground station on the Piccadilly line. Very convenient location. Bakery and coffee shops very close by and cinema opposite. Nice welcome by the receptionist. We will stay again when visiting central London.

Nice hotel in a good location next to plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. ||Rooms are modern and exceptionally clean. ||Front of staff are very accommodating and I would like to give a mention to James for exceptionally good customer service.

Stayed to attend a wedding , room was ok , clean and did the job, shower has a curtain , perhaps it might be upgraded at some point as room was a little tired , only negative was it was facing the road and was quite noisy. Good breakfast , staff friendly and it was good for one nights stay.
